How successful you will be in your next attempt to get in shape has NOTHING to do with what diet you will follow nor what exercise plan you perform.

Yes what you eat, how much you eat and what exercise you do has a part to play but if you cannot stick to your plan it is irrelevant what plan you have.

As someone who genuinely wanted to see people succeed I had a great track record with clients. I was definitely one of the more successful Personal Trainers in the UK.

What was killing me though was the lack of long term results. The moment the client stopped working with me it became a lottery.
